Bernice has been the Claims Manager at McConkey for 30 years!  Many years of claims handling experience has made Bernice an expert at solving problems and assisting our clients when they experience a loss.  “Having a loss is very upsetting, and I love helping people through this difficult time,” she says when asked how she feels about her position.
