Biography

SUELLEN MENCER, CEBS, SPHR - BENEFITS CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER

Suellen joined McConkey & Co. in April 2009.  She has over 10 years of experience managing employee benefit plans in the corporate world, and over 12 years of experience in the accounting field.

She earned her MBA in Human Resource Management from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration-Accounting from Mansfield University, PA.

In addition, she has attained her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation and her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Suellen currently serves as the Vice President of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (ISCEBS), and she is a member of the ISCEBS, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Lancaster County Association for Human Resource Management (LCAHRM).

Suellen lives in Lancaster with her husband, two daughters, three cats and a dog.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and watching movies.
