Biography
SHAWN RUSSELL
 Shawn joined McConkey as an intern through Penn State,
and it quickly became obvious to both Shawn and McConkey that there was a
fit.
Shawn first served McConkey full-time as Personal Lines Producer.
In this role, he provided our customers with solutions to their
personal insurance needs. More
recently, he has been promoted to Benefits Account Manager, where much of
his focus is working with clients to develop and evolve their employee
benefit programs.
Shawn is highly responsive to each client’s needs and concerns,
enthusiastically working as a business partner, and helping implement
programs that enable clients to attract and maintain high quality employees.
Shawn is a Penn State graduate, holding a B.S. in
Business Administration. Outside
the workplace, he enjoys community involvement, continuing education, and
time with his wife and children.
