Two McConkey employees participate in York College's fall mock interviews November, 2007 - John Olkowski and Amanda Sides represented McConkey during York College's fall mock interviews.  YCP students had the chance to gain real life interviewing tips and skills from two employees who went through this process not so long ago themselves.  York College asks local businesses to participate in this program to help give college students the knowledge and experience needed to beat first interview jitters.  Amanda and John also had the chance to represent McConkey and talk a little about our company to the candidates they interviewed.
