McConkey's internship program has been accredited with York College and Penn State York colleges. December 4, 2007 - McConkey has recently developed an internship program that is available to all senior level college students interested in learning more about the insurance field.  The program is now accredited with York College and Penn State York, so that college students can receive credit for their time spent working.  There are spring, summer, and fall internship positions available.  If you are interested in learning more about this program, check out our internship page or send your resume to asides@ekmcconkey.com.  McConkey has also been seen on York College's campus, participating in mock interviews and giving presentations to business classes.  Amanda Sides, Dave Chiaverini, and Sarah Davis represented McConkey during the presentation given to Jim Forjan's senior level investments course on November 29.  McConkey's internship goal is to help prepare college students for real world experiences and to give them exposure to the insurance industry.
