Employees earn designations and promotions March 5, 2008:  Several McConkey employees have earned new designations and/or promotions with the company.  See below: Becky Kennedy, CISR was named Senior Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent. Kristy Bull was promoted from Assistant Bookkeeper to Bookkeeper. Lesa Whiteford received her Property/Casualty License and has been promoted to Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent. Leslie Heindel, GBA has been promoted to Benefits Executive Customer Service Agent. Lori Hoff, AU, CISR, CPIA has received her Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation, and has also been named Senior Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent. Mike Harter, AIC, AIM, CPIA has added the AIM (Associate in Management) designation to his name. Stacey Olphin, CISR, CPIA has received the CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) designation, and also has been named Senior Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent
