McConkey Attended Roofers Insurance Ltd Board Meeting in Canada September 17, 2007 - Steve Buterbaugh attended the Roofers Insurance Ltd (RIL) board meeting in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.  EK McConkey was invited to this meeting in exchange for their commitment to the service and growth of this group captive that is dedicated to large Commercial Roofers.  RIL is a Cayman domiciled group captive for roofers that has grown to over $13,000,000 annual premium.  Other service providers in attendance were Captive Resources, Gallagher Bassett, CNA Insurance and Risk Control Consultants.  McConkey clients in attendance were Gary Houck (Houck Group), Brian Walker (Houck Group), Kirby Sensenig (Richard L.
