Norm Basso and Steve Buterbaugh attend Eastern Alliance Captive Meetings

March 7, 2009:  Norm Basso and Steve Buterbaugh attended Eastern Alliance captive meetings in Grand Cayman.  McConkey clients - PEC Captive, PA Builders Association and the PA Association of Rehabilitational Facilities were all in attendance.  McConkey is the Program Administrator for all three (3) groups.  John Maleno represented the PA Builders to accept an award from Eastern Alliance for being a ten-year captive client.
