McConkey released the latest ad, "Better Claims Handling"; showing one way that Eastern Alliance keeps their premium costs down through their superior claims handling.  The ad compares Eastern Alliance's claims statistics with that of other Pennsylvania insurance carriers. 

The most telling statistic?  Eastern Alliance's average claim cost is 48% less than the Pennsylvania average.  Not only this, but through extensive work with physician's and rehabilitation services, they are able to return employees back to work 11% faster than industry average.  Another reason why Eastern has superior claim handling is the personal attention to each claim.  Eastern claim representatives handle nearly 50% less claims in order to provide better service and attention to their clients.
