David Andrews - Account Manager

Dave’s career in employee benefits spans nearly 11 years.  This experience provides him with the knowledge and practical application skills to provide excellent account management services to businesses, their owners, and other individual clients.

Dave provides account management for select fully insured and self-insured plans.  He is responsible for the overall management of the account, including benefit and financial evaluation, analysis and negotiation of rate renewals, and on-going client support.  In addition, Dave assists with sales and marketing efforts and manages the Customer Service and Sales Support team.

Dave joined McConkey Benefits as part of the merger with NL Associates, Inc. and appreciates the significant value-added services he is now able to offer as a result of the combined entity.

Dave is a York College graduate, where he studied accounting.  He is involved in various professional organizations including the Economic Club of York, Christian Business Men’s Committee and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

He resides in York County with his wife, Mary, and their two children.
