all, Dennis believes in the importance of establishing
high-trust relationships with the clients
he serves and the insurance companies the organization
represents. It
is this service philosophy and respect for both client
and provider that makes Dennis an excellent leader of
the McConkey
Benefits Division.
Dennis became part of the McConkey family when his
former company, NL Associates, Inc., merged with E.K.
McConkey & Co. in 2001 to form McConkey Benefits
& Financial Services, LLC.
In addition to his role of being the advocate for clients
in obtaining cost effective, creative benefit
programs, Dennis is responsible for developing
and enhancing relationships with the insurance companies
McConkey Benefits represents.
In addition to these skills, Dennis is an outstanding
technician. He
has received the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU),
Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered
Benefit Consultant (CBC) designations.
Dennis is a graduate of West Chester University.
He is an active member in the business and professional
communities. Dennis
is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table,
member of the York County Estate County Planning
Council, the Rotary Club of York, the National
Association of Alternative Benefit Consultants, the
National Association of Insurance and Financial
Advisors, and a board member of the Christian Business
Men’s Committee.
In his free time, Dennis enjoys spending time with his
family, golfing and numerous outdoor recreational
activities.
