Donna joined EK McConkey in 1991 and has loved her
job since Day One. Always enjoying a challenge,
she oversees the
daily management of our organization in her role
as Operations Manager.
Having been in the agency for a multitude of years
has enabled Donna to understand the inner-workings
of the business. She understands that great
employees are vital to the success of McConkey.
She takes pride in the many successes of our
employees, and enjoys seeing them grow in their
careers.
Much of her day is devoted to creating and
implementing employee programs. This includes
administering employee benefits and mentoring
co-workers. A current project Donna is excited
about is designing career paths for all team
members. Because McConkey prides itself in
providing our employees with many opportunities
for advancement, this career map will give our
staff obtainable steps to reach their goals.
Donna is active in ASCnet, an agency management
software group, as well as the Society for Human
Resource Management.
