Frank has 25 years of solid experience in the employee benefits arena with an extensive background in consulting, account management, customer relations and project management.  Prior to joining McConkey, he's held consulting and management positions at Benecon and CareFirst Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Maryland and Performax, Inc., a Baltimore based developer and administrator of self-funded employee benefits plans.

Frank is a graduate of Montclair State University (New Jersey) where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration.  He serves as a Board of Education member for the Annunciation School in McSherrystown, and is a frequent guest speaker at human resources and insurance professional group meetings.
