Jeff
joined McConkey Benefits and Financial Services,
LLC in early 2007 after sixteen
successful
years representing several leading regional and
national insurance companies including Capital
Blue Cross/PA Blue Shield, Educators Mutual, and
Principal Financial Group.
Upon graduating from
J.P.
McCaskey
High School
in Lancaster,
he was Awarded a full athletic scholarship
to
attend the University
of
Tennessee, Knoxville,
and graduated with two separate degrees in 1990.
He has earned
both the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and
Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designations
through The American College, Bryn Mawr, PA.,
and most recently achieved the Group Benefits
Disability Specialist (GBDS) designation through
the National Underwriter Company. He also
recently obtained his Property & Casualty
license in 2008.
Jeff
enjoys learning about each client’s business and
consulting with them to create customized
solutions for each client’s unique needs.
His vast experience gained from working
with several leading insurance companies gives him valuable insight when
representing McConkey's current and future
clients.

and consultant, his goal is to become

Jeff
lives in
Lancaster
County
with his wife, Anthi, and their three kids Erika,
Taylor, and Austin.
He is active in his church, Rotary Club,
and serves on several local community boards.
He volunteers his time coaching several
youth sports in the Hempfield Area.
In
his spare time, Jeff loves to spend time with his
family and friends and especially enjoys all
sports and fitness activities.
