Steve
is a vital part of the McConkey Benefits team with over
twenty years of experience and
expertise in the analysis, design and implementation of
employee benefit plans.
Over the years, Steve has assisted hundreds of
businesses in implementing life, disability, medical and
pension plans for their employees.
His previous work experience includes fourteen years as
a benefits consultant for one of the largest worldwide
insurance organizations.
His knowledge of plan design and product
composition assists plan sponsors in selecting and
providing plans that are both cost effective and greatly
appreciated by their employees.
One of the highlights of Steve’s career thus far has
been the recognition that he has received from several
large employers in the area for the outstanding service
he has provided to them and their employees.
Steve is a summa cum laude graduate of Delaware Valley
College and holds the Certified Fund Specialist (CFS)
designation.
He and his wife, Susan, live in Hershey in the farm
house where Steve was raised and where he grew up
working on the family dairy farm.
In his free time, he enjoys working with young
adults in his church, playing guitar, singing, golf and
reading.
