Steph Bankert - Select/Bond Customer Service Agent

Steph joined McConkey as receptionist in November, 2004.  Since then she's moved into the Commercial Lines Department.  She recently received her license which entitles her to assist customers as an agent in the Commercial Bond Department.  Steph has a Pit Bull named Budd, who she loves.
