Tisha is a dedicated member of the McConkey team with a background in Commercial Property/Casualty coverage, association services and bonding.  She has been with the company since 2001, and in that time developed a broad knowledge of McConkey’s departments and programs.  Above all, Tisha is known for her excellent service and dedication to the company and its clients.

Tisha joined McConkey in the Administration department, and after her success in other varied positions at McConkey she was promoted to her current role as Account Administrator.  In addition to these duties of managing a booking of business, Tisha is also the coordinator of the PBA and PARF Workers’ Compensation Programs.

Tisha and her husband reside in York County with their son.  Her hobbies currently involve caring for their child and being involved in his extracurricular activities.
