Beth Shaffer

Beth Shaffer joins the McConkey team as a Client Service Manager in the Surety Department in June 2025, bringing several years of industry experience and a strong commitment to client service. Prior to joining McConkey, Beth spent five years in the insurance industry focusing on Surety where she supported clients in the surety space after transitioning from a healthcare career in 2020.

She resides in Mount Wolf, PA with her husband. She has two Sons 23 and 17, as well as two Stepsons 22 and 17, along with two dogs, Breezy, a French Bulldog, and Riglee, a Lab/American Bulldog mix. Outside of work, she continues to enjoy her passion for hairstyling and loves spending time at the beach, on the golf course, attending country concerts, or catching up on Netflix.
