Caitlyn brings a strong background in administrative support to her role at McConkey. Prior to joining the team, she worked at the Adams County Courthouse in Orphans’ Court and held previous roles in administrative communication and front desk coordination at a local business.
She earned her Associate’s degree from YTI Career Institute and continues to bring a detail-oriented, client-first mindset to her work.
Originally from Lancaster, Caitlyn now lives in York with her fiancé and their golden retriever, Walker. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new wineries, and indulging in brownies—a nod to her family connection to Binderup Bakery.
