Contact Craig
Craig Irwin brings more than 30 years of hands-on safety and risk management experience to his role as Director of Risk Solutions. His career spans leadership positions across manufacturing, government, industrial, and construction environments, giving him a well-rounded and practical approach to helping organizations protect their people and operations.
Prior to joining the team, Craig served for over 20 years as Safety Director at Greiner Industries, where he led comprehensive safety programs for complex industrial projects. In that role, he also managed FMCSA (DOT) compliance and oversaw claims management, further strengthening organizational safety and regulatory performance.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Safety Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has earned the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation, one of the most respected credentials in the field.
Outside of his professional work, Craig is deeply committed to his community. He has served as a volunteer firefighter for over 40 years and continues an active role as a part-time firefighter today, demonstrating his lifelong dedication to service and safety.
Craig lives in Lancaster with his wife and their two sons. In his free time, he enjoys deep sea fishing, riding trail bikes, staying active, and spending time with his family.
With a career rooted in real-world experience and a passion for protecting others, Craig partners closely with clients to build practical, effective risk management strategies—helping them reduce exposure, strengthen safety cultures, and operate with confidence.
