With more than 30 years of insurance experience, Jack Grove brings deep industry expertise and a commitment to service to his role as Personal Lines and Select Business Supervisor. Before joining McConkey, Jack spent 26 years as part of a three-generation family business founded by his grandfather. This background gives him a strong understanding of community-focused insurance, agency operations, and the needs of personal and small business clients.
Jack holds the AFIS (AgriBusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist) designation, reinforcing his technical expertise in agribusiness and farm insurance. He began his career as a Kindergarten teacher after earning a degree in Elementary Education from York College of Pennsylvania.
At McConkey, Jack provides oversight of the Personal Lines and Select Business departments, supporting team development, service delivery, and continued growth.
Jack resides in Red Lion with his wife, Julie and is the proud father of two daughters, Hanna and Emma. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
