With over 15 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, Jamie Hudson brings a strong focus on client satisfaction, strategic problem-solving, and relationship-building to her role as Employee Benefits Executive Consultant. Before joining McConkey, Jamie served as an Account Executive, where she developed tailored solutions for clients and fostered long-standing partnerships. She began her career in the Human Resources and payroll space, giving her a solid foundation in the inner workings of employee administration.
Jamie has a passion for mentoring and professional development. In a previous role, she participated in a national formal mentorship program, where she guided new associates across the country. In addition to her involvement in structured programs, she also provided informal mentorship, helping new team members navigate their roles and grow in their careers.
Jamie holds a Life and Health License and has earned both the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) designations, further reinforcing her deep expertise in HR and benefits strategy.
She is a graduate of YTI Career Institute, where she majored in Accounting. Jamie lives in Dover with her husband and daughter, where she enjoys spending time gardening and baking – especially when her daughter is helping in the kitchen.
