Jamie Hudson joined the McConkey team in 2025 as an Employee Benefits Executive Consultant, bringing more than 15 years of experience helping employers design effective benefits strategies. She is passionate about building strong client relationships, solving complex benefits challenges, and delivering solutions that help organizations attract, retain, and support their workforce.
Before joining McConkey, Jamie served as an Employee Benefits Account Executive, where she developed customized benefits programs and built lasting client partnerships. She began her career in human resources and payroll, giving her a strong understanding of employee administration and the challenges employers face.
Jamie’s expertise includes cost containment and employee benefits education. She is committed to helping employers understand the value of the benefits they offer while ensuring employees make the most of the benefits they receive. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations across many industries, with extensive experience serving manufacturing, healthcare, and higher education.
Jamie has earned both the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) designations. She is an active member of both the National SHRM organization and the York SHRM chapter, allowing her to stay current on evolving regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
A graduate of YTI Career Institute with a degree in Accounting, Jamie lives in Dover with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and baking, especially when her daughter joins her in the kitchen.
