Lauren joined the McConkey team in September 2024 as a Client Service Manager in our Benefits Department. Before joining McConkey, she spent five years conducting research in the medical field, followed by two years working in the Employee Benefits division at a brokerage in Mechanicsburg.
She graduated from Messiah College in 2017 with a degree in Biopsychology.
Lauren lives in Mechanicsburg, PA, with her puppy, Jensen. She is an active member of the community, focusing on involvement in her church’s outreach initiatives such as food and clothing drives, she is also a certified personal trainer.
Outside of her professional life, Lauren stays active with CrossFit, fundraising for veterans, singing, and traveling. Her passion for adventure began with her first travel experience to South Africa, where she had the incredible opportunity to work with animals.
