Brian joined the team in December 2022 as an Employee Benefits Executive Consultant. In this role he develops new corporate client opportunities, manages a growing book of business, and maintains trusted advisor relationships with McConkey’s prospects and clients.
Brian comes to us with nearly twenty years’ experience in employee benefits and a proven track record of designing and implementing health and welfare programs for complex, multi-cultural organizations. He holds several designations, including the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS), Voluntary Benefits Specialist (VBS), and Health Rosetta Advisor Associate.
As a Gettysburg College graduate with a B.A. in Economics, Brian is still very involved with his alma mater. He just completed his term as President of the Alumni Association Board of Directors and provides mentoring and coaching through the College’s Garthwait Leadership Center.
Born and raised in the New Cumberland area, Brian still resides there today with his wife Joey. In his spare time, he can be found outside enjoying nature, traveling, and dabbling in landscape photography. Brian’s commitment to his community continues through volunteer work with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and various local causes.
