Denice joined the McConkey team in October 2006 as a Client Service Manager, bringing with her many years of benefit experience in addition to medical office experience. Prior to McConkey, she has work experience as a Medical Assistant in Family Practice/Pediatrician offices and as a Benefits Assistant with a local manufacturing company. In April of 2021, she was promoted to Client Service Manager/Supervisor and in 2023, she was promoted to Benefits Advocate.
She is a graduate of Dallastown Area High School and also a graduate of Central Penn Business School with an Associate Degree in Medical Assisting.
She and her husband, Bill, have two adult children, Seth and Lauren. Outside of work she enjoys Jeep off-roading with her husband in Tower City, spending time with her children and her two dogs, Bentley and Bella.
