Diane joined the McConkey team in December 2010 and has over 30 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. She provides support and guidance for our clients in the ever-changing world of employee benefits, and she also plays a key role in business development. Diane provides expertise in all areas of employee benefits including group medical, dental, vision, life/disability programs, pension and group captive programs. She specifically specializes in alternative funding arrangements, as well as the strategic development of comprehensive employee benefits programs for larger employers.
Diane holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and the Advanced Chartered Benefits Consultant (ACBC) designations. She is a hardworking and conscientious individual who enjoys developing relationships with her clients and working with them to implement strong benefit packages that are competitive and financially sound.
Diane leads the Keystone Benefits Program’s (KBP) HR Forum and also served as the chair on McConkey’s Wellness Committee for many years. She has assisted many of our clients in developing and expanding their wellness initiatives and has encouraged the sharing of best practices within the KBP program.
In her spare time, Diane enjoys traveling in her RV, football, golfing, boating and spending time with her family and dogs (Lexi and Sammie). She supports several animal rescue organizations as well as Keystone Enhanced Pet Therapy Services (KPETS). Diane is an avid supporter of our military with a family history of service. Her son currently serves in the U.S. Navy.
