About Us

Frank joined McConkey in 2008 after partnering with the firm for several years in a close consulting relationship. He possesses a wealth of experience and brings his extensive background in consulting, client management, actuarial/underwriting, finance, auditing, and project management to our growing list of exceptional clients. Frank uses this deep experience to drive our dynamic and growing employee benefits practice.

Prior to joining McConkey, Frank held consulting and senior leadership positions at The Benecon Group, CareFirst Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Maryland, and Corporate Healthcare Financing, Inc./Performax, Inc., a national consultant, developer, and administrator of self-funded employee benefit plans.

A native of New Jersey, Frank has been a resident of Central Pennsylvania since 1988. Frank lives in the Hanover area with his wife, Karen, and their two adult daughters still reside in the area as well.
