Jeffery Shiflett

Jeff joined the McConkey team in June 2019. He’s spent over 25 years in the technology field in various roles, but this is his first foray into the insurance industry, and he’s looking forward to seeing what it’s all about!

Jeff actually started his own company, Advanced Data Concepts, as a senior in high school. After that he went on to serve as Director of Technology for the County of York, Manager of Global Support Services for a Wall Street trading firm, and most recently, COO of a technology support firm that focused on business process improvement strategy and development.

Originally from the Hershey area, Jeff now lives in Red Lion with his wife, Judy. They enjoy traveling together when they can. In his spare time, Jeff also goes fishing, plays golf, and reads historical nonfiction.
