About Us

Jill Arnold joined the McConkey team in November 2016 as an Account Administrator/Excess & Surplus Lines Coordinator in our Business Insurance department. Jill began her insurance career in 1990 as a file clerk for Continental Insurance Company. Prior to joining McConkey, she was an underwriter with an independent wholesale broker and has previously worked as a marketing manager and business insurance customer service agent.

Jill is a York County native and resides in Wellsville on a small farm with her husband, Mike. They have three daughters: Meggan, a high school Spanish teacher, Anne, a receptionist, and Sara Michele, who is currently serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Jill is involved in her local community, volunteering with Junior Achievement and Dillsburg Farmers Fair. She works as a Poll Clerk in Warrington Township for the York County Board of Elections and is an adult Sunday school teacher at Grace UMC, Wellsville, She and her husband both enjoy reading, traveling, playing games, and spending time with their family.
