Jody joined McConkey in May 2017 as a Personal Lines Client Service Manager, bringing with her extensive knowledge and years of experience in Personal Insurance. She quickly moved into her current position as the Personal Lines Client Service Manager/Supervisor, where she is responsible for overseeing the department and leading our Personal Lines Team. She enjoys developing her team and watching them grow. In addition to her duties as supervisor, Jody serves as a Client Service Manager and a trusted advisor, providing that concierge level of service and making sure our insureds are well protected.
Jody is a graduate of Penn State University and enjoyed competing as a three-year starter on the PSU Women’s Varsity Golf Team. In addition to earning her CISR designation, she continues working on career enrichment in the insurance field.
Originally from Centre County, Jody now resides in York with her husband. They have two grown sons. Outside of work, she enjoys playing golf and other outdoor sports, traveling, crafting, and cooking.
