Kari Hess

Kari joined the team in December 2022 as a Client Service Associate in our Surety Bond division. In this role she assists with bond processing and servicing McConkey’s bond clients.  

Prior to McConkey, Kari spent a couple of years with a local construction company and in fact was the one to request bonds of their bonding agent when needed. Before the pandemic, she spent five years with DSW Shoe Warehouse, so Kari certainly has experience in customer service! 

Kari graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College with a degree in Business Administration. She grew up in York but now lives in Dover with her husband, Logan, and their rescued cat, Marley. 

In her spare time, Kari enjoys spending time with family, being outside, taking their pontoon boat out on the water, and traveling whenever she can.
