Katelyn joined McConkey in September 2021 as a Client Service Associate. In this role, she provides administrative support for the Commercial Lines Client Service Managers while managing multiple accounts of her own. Katelyn received her Property & Casualty Insurance License in March 2022 and is currently working towards her CISR designation.
Katelyn earned her Associates degree in General Studies from HACC’s York Campus. She has five years’ customer service experience in the retail and real estate industries. Born and raised in York, Katelyn was a member of the Tri-M Music Honors Society and can play the flute, tenor saxophone and the oboe. She was also a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
In her spare time, Katelyn loves to watch Hershey Bears hockey as well as enjoys crafting, reading, and board games/game nights. Katelyn especially loves spending time with her family.
