Kim joined the team in January 2023 as an Employee Benefits Executive Consultant. In this role she will develop new corporate client opportunities, manage a growing book of business, and maintain trusted advisor relationships with McConkey’s prospects and clients.
She comes to us with an extensive background in Human Resources and has worked for several of McConkey’s clients over the past 20+ years. Kim has been familiar with our company for a long time and is excited to be a part of the team and return to her passion for Benefits!
In addition to her Life & Health license, Kim has her MBA and several HR-related designations.
Kim lives in Morgantown with her husband, Ken, and their grown son, Kenny, along with their three cats and two dogs. When she isn’t working, she enjoys watching her son race Sprint cars, visiting the beach, and wine tasting.
