Mandy Maher joined McConkey in May 2017 as a Business Insurance Client Service Manager. Mandy began her insurance career in 2013 as a Commercial Account Manager at a Maryland based agency and expanded her knowledge by moving to an insurance company in an Underwriting Trainer role. In that role, Mandy was responsible for developing procedures, workflows and overall improvement and efficiency of the training process. Mandy has had several different roles in her time at McConkey. In 2020, Mandy moved into the Business Insurance Consultant role where she’s responsible for advising clients on coverages that fit their business needs and designing insurance programs to help manage their risk. She was also promoted to Supervisor of the service department in 2022. Mandy specializes in a variety of industries including technology, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, engineering and school districts.
Mandy is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and now resides in York, PA with her husband and two kids, Reagan and Jake. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys golfing, traveling and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
