Nicole Amoss

Nicole joined the team in March 2023 as Client Service Manager in our Business Insurance division. In this role she will service a sizable book of Property & Casualty business and work closely with the other CSMs and the Business Insurance Executives.

Nicole comes to us with about five years of business insurance experience, primarily in the auto dealership niche. Prior to her insurance career she held various management titles, such as lead, trainer and supervisor. She has her bachelor’s degree in psychology but finds insurance to be a stable and enjoyable career choice.

Raised in Florida, Nicole migrated north many years ago and now resides in Delta, Pennsylvania with her son. She also has a grown daughter.

In her spare time, Nicole loves the beach, reading, and live music. She is also passionate about her involvement with The Sexual Assault/Spouse Abuse Resource Center (SARC) out of Bel Air, Maryland.
