Nicole (Nikki) joined the team in July 2022 as our Administrative Coordinator. In this role she will support the Admin Department with responsibilities such as reception desk coverage, processing incoming and outgoing mail, planning and coordinating company-wide events, and so much more!

Born and raised in Berlin, Germany, Nikki moved around a lot growing up. Her passion for art as a child morphed into attending cosmetology school and working as a hair stylist for a while. Later she found herself in retail management and real estate. Nikki’s strongest skills include customer service, strategic planning, team building, training and research, and she feels that her position at McConkey is a perfect blend of the best parts of all the jobs she’s worked before now.

Nikki now lives in York with her husband, Shane, and son, Parker. In her spare time she loves hiking, water sports, the beach, and crafting with her Cricut machine.
