Patti Brookens

Patti is our Business Insurance Technology Coordinator and comes to us with about twenty years of experience in IT.

She began her career in the insurance industry right out of high school with Penn National Insurance, where her father was employed at the time. Patti then spent over 35 years with a local agency, transitioning from commercial lines insurance to IT, before joining the McConkey Team in 2020. She is licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health.

Patti’s primary focus is on Epic, the management system our Property & Casualty division migrated to in April 2018. She has been working with Epic since 2018 herself and served as lead coordinator during the transition process at that time for her prior agency.

Originally from Dillsburg, Patti now lives in Chambersburg with her husband, Steve. She has three brothers, one of which is her twin, and fourteen nieces and nephews that she loves to spoil!

In their spare time, Patti and Steve enjoy local baseball games, NASCAR, and dirt track racing (just watching, not actually racing!).
