They care, you can see it and you can feel it. It’s just not a place that they’re going to put you in a job and work you to your hours and then send you home. They’re going to make the connections, they’re going to check up on you, they’re going to see if you need help. I think that’s really the biggest thing that keeps people at McConkey. It just doesn’t feel like a workplace, it feels like a family.
