Amy Brida

Amy Brida joined the McConkey team in 2022 as an Employee Benefits Executive Consultant. With nearly 30 years of experience in account management, sales, and leadership, she partners with employers to develop strategic employee benefits solutions that support cost savings, employee engagement, and workforce wellbeing.

Amy’s areas of expertise include self-funding benefits including the True Advantage Health VERIS Consortium as well as Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA). She enjoys working closely with clients to identify innovative benefits strategies while continuously learning about the evolving employee benefits landscape. Her primary focus is serving construction and manufacturing companies, where she helps employers design and implement benefits programs that align with their organizational goals and workforce needs.

Beyond her work with clients, Amy is passionate about giving back to her community. She volunteers with the Healthy Steps Diaper Bank, serves on its Attitude of Gratitude Committee, and is a member of United Way’s Women’s Leadership Network.

Originally from Mechanicsburg, Amy lives in New Cumberland with her twin daughters, Isabella and Elizabeth. Outside of work, she enjoys watching Penn State football, following March Madness, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
