Andy Greiner joined the McConkey team in 2018 as a Business Insurance Executive and transitioned to the Gallen office in Shillington, Pennsylvania, in 2024. With more than 30 years of experience in commercial insurance, he enjoys helping business owners and nonprofit organizations understand their insurance programs and make informed decisions about managing risk.

Throughout his career, Andy has worked with a wide variety of organizations, with particular experience serving nonprofit social service agencies and businesses in the service and contracting industries. He believes insurance should be understandable and practical, not overly complicated. His goal is to help clients identify potential exposures, explain their coverage options, and develop insurance programs that support their operations and long-term objectives.

Andy holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations and earned a Bachelor of Science in Insurance from Penn State University. He remains committed to continuing education and staying current on industry developments so he can better serve his clients.

Community involvement has always been important to Andy. He was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Pennsylvania Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund Board of Directors and also serves on the Warwick Emergency Services Commission Board and the “Life in Renewal” nonprofit board. He is an active member of the Spring Township Rotary Club.

Originally from Leola, Andy lives in Lititz with his wife, Beth. They have two grown daughters and are proud grandparents. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, Penn State athletics, sporting clays, spending time with family, and being active in his church community.
