With more than twenty years of client-facing human capital experience, Brian has a proven history of designing and implementing health & welfare programs for complex, multi-cultural organizations ranging in size from middle-market to Fortune 500. During this time he built internal, consultative centers-of-excellence to evolve focus and client-deliverables.
Brian is an inaugural member of IBInext, a cross-discipline thought-leadership panel constructed by the board of the Integrated Benefits Institute to revolutionize how industry approaches employee benefits, productivity, and absence strategy while driving business performance. IBInext is an exclusive assembly of professionals selected from key consulting firms across the nation.
Brian holds a B.A. in Economics from Gettysburg College, where he sits as a Trustee. He earned his CEBS® designation through the IFEBP/ Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, and maintains various relevant professional credentials.
Throughout his life, Brian has been dedicated to serving the communities in which he lives and works. While at Select Medical Corporation, he cofounded the enterprise’s corporate citizenship initiative with a focus on recruiting donations of service rather than simply checkbook philanthropy. This inspiration continues in his volunteer work with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and other local causes. Additionally, Brian is engaged as a leadership-development coach at the Garthwait Leadership Center.
