Brian Orsinger joined the McConkey team in 2022 as an Employee Benefits Executive Consultant. With more than 20 years of experience, he partners with employers to develop strategic employee benefits programs that balance cost containment, benefit portfolio enhancement, and workforce wellbeing.
Throughout his career, Brian has worked with middle market and Fortune 500 organizations across a variety of industries, with a primary focus on retail, manufacturing, and healthcare. He is passionate about helping clients make informed business decisions that not only strengthen their organizations but also positively impact the health, financial security, and wellbeing of their employees.
Brian is an inaugural member of IBInext, an exclusive thought leadership panel established by the Integrated Benefits Institute to advance innovative approaches to employee benefits, workforce productivity, and absence management.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Gettysburg College, where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees. Brian also holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS®) designation through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, is a Health Rosetta Advisor, along with additional professional credentials.
Beyond his work with clients, Brian is committed to leadership development and community service. He serves as a leadership development coach with the Garthwait Leadership Center and supports the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and other local organizations. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Select Medical Corporation’s corporate citizenship initiative, encouraging volunteerism and community engagement throughout the organization.
