With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Christine specializes in cost containment strategies, self-funding arrangements, and workplace wellness initiatives, helping employers create sustainable and competitive benefits programs.
Prior to joining McConkey in 2024, Christine spent more than 20 years with Brown & Brown Insurance, working extensively with mid-market and large group accounts. Her client portfolio spans a variety of industries, with a strong concentration in engineering firms and manufacturing organizations.
A graduate of Towson University, Christine is known for her practical, relationship-focused approach and passion for continuous learning. She enjoys the ever-evolving nature of the employee benefits industry and values the opportunity to learn something new every day while helping clients solve complex challenges.
Christine lives in York with her husband, Tom. They have several grown children and grandchildren. In her spare time, Christine enjoys reading, playing golf, being outside, and traveling when she can.
