Courtney Boyer

Courtney joined the McConkey team in May 2018 as Administrative Coordinator and was quickly promoted to Accounting Associate in July 2018. She studied hotel and restaurant management at Drexel University and comes to us after an eight-year stint with the Out Door Country Club in York, where she held various positions including Assistant to the Controller, Marketing & Membership Director, and Events Coordinator.

Originally from Spring Grove, Courtney now resides in North York with her husband, Mike, and their two sons, Cody and Mason. In her spare time, she enjoys playing competitive volleyball, spectating at her boys’ sporting events, creating specialty cakes, and visiting breweries to try new craft beers.
