Crystal joined the McConkey team in 2022 as a Surety Bond Executive. With nearly 18 years of experience in the Surety industry, she partners with contractors and businesses to develop bonding solutions that support their growth and long-term success.
Prior to joining McConkey, Crystal built extensive experience in surety underwriting, contractor prequalification, and insurance program management. Her background gives her a unique perspective on both the underwriting and client sides of the surety process, allowing her to provide strategic guidance tailored to each client’s needs.
Crystal earned a degree in Actuarial Science from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and holds the Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) designation, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence and industry expertise.
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Crystal now lives in Bucks County with her children, Lily, Dani, and Joey, and their Goldendoodle, Molly. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active at the gym, tackling DIY projects, and supporting her children’s baseball and softball teams.
