Emily Elder serves as Claims Service Manager, bringing experience in auto and general casualty claims and a strong commitment to supporting clients throughout the claims process. Before beginning her career in insurance, Emily worked in the mental health field, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, empathy, and helping individuals navigate challenging situations.
Emily holds an Adjuster’s License and earned her degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Millersville University.
Emily resides along the river in Marietta with her two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly swimming, hiking, and kayaking.
