Client Service Manager

Jessica (Jess) joined the team in November 2021 as a Client Service Manager in our Employee Benefits division. In this role she will work closely with the Benefits Consultants to service clients, resolve employee and employer benefit issues and claim issues, and manage carrier relations.
Jess’s prior employer was Group Benefits Services, a third-party administrator in Hunt Valley, Maryland. She comes to us with experience in both small group renewal and, more recently, in benefits enrollment and billing as an Account Administrator.
Born and raised in Hanover, Jess still resides there, along with her sons (Lucas and Ethan) and their two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting local wineries, shopping, and attending her sons’ various sporting events.
