Jessica joined McConkey in June 2016 as a Client Service Manager in our Employee Benefits division. She came to us with more than 8 years of insurance experience, previously serving as a licensed Life & Health producer for a third party administrator. In addition, she had experience in eligibility management and small group ancillary sales.
Jessica was promoted to Client Services Team Lead in September 2018 and will work primarily with our large markets and the KBP program. She was promoted again in March 2020 to Client Service Supervisor, where she has continued to work primarily in our large markets and the KBP Program while managing a team of employees.
A graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, Jessica earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources. She resides in the Glen Rock area with her daughter, cat and dogs. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as attending her daughter’s lacrosse tournaments.
