Jessica Miller

Jessica Miller joined McConkey in 2017, bringing more than 15 years of actuarial and healthcare consulting experience from Highmark, where she most recently served as Manager of Client Consulting. A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science, Jessica specializes in claims data analysis, risk assessment, and identifying cost drivers through statistical pattern recognition.

As a trusted advisor to employers, Jessica helps organizations translate complex healthcare data into actionable strategies that improve outcomes, manage costs, and support employee well-being. Her expertise lies in bridging data analysis and financial outcomes, enabling clients to make informed decisions that align with both business objectives and workforce needs.

Passionate about helping clients make sense of their healthcare spending, Jessica works closely with employers to uncover meaningful insights and develop practical solutions tailored to their unique challenges.

Outside of work, Jessica serves as Treasurer of the Central York Athletic Boosters, supporting student-athletes and athletic programs throughout the district. She is also an active volunteer with Central York youth sports programs and Zion Lutheran Church’s Joyful Noise Preschool.
