Josh joined Valley Forge Captive Advisors in 2022 as a Business Insurance Executive. With more than 17 years of insurance experience, he helps businesses leverage group captive programs to better manage risk and take greater control of their insurance costs.
Prior to joining Valley Forge Captive Advisors, Josh built extensive experience in claims management and group captives, including leading client service teams that supported dozens of group captive programs. His expertise in claims and captive insurance allows him to help clients develop long-term risk management strategies that improve performance and reduce the total cost of risk.
Josh primarily works with clients in the medical transportation, passenger transit, and equipment dealership industries, helping them maximize the value of their group captive programs. He holds both the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations, reflecting his commitment to delivering knowledgeable, strategic guidance to clients.
Raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Josh earned his degree from Lindenwood University and continues to call the area home with his wife, Lyn, and their sons, Luke and Carter. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and both playing and coaching volleyball.
