Joshua Linsey

Joshua Linsey joined the team in May 2023 as a Business Insurance Executive in the Commercial Lines Division, where he partners with clients to design effective coverage strategies while delivering ongoing service and support. He also collaborates closely with the Property & Casualty team to ensure comprehensive risk solutions.

With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry, Josh brings deep expertise in risk management, client service, and insurance sales. Prior to joining McConkey Insurance & Benefits, he served as Vice President of Loss Control & Premium Audit for Donegal Insurance Group. He is a long-standing member of the American Society of Safety Professionals and has also served on the board of a nonprofit inspection services company specializing in on-site underwriting assessments.

Josh is widely regarded for his expertise in hazard identification, safety and risk management, and helping organizations control losses and reduce costs. While much of his work focuses on construction clients, he also supports businesses in manufacturing, food production, service, and transportation, including organizations participating in captive insurance programs to assume greater control over their insurance costs and risk financing strategies. 

Originally from York County, Josh earned his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Hygiene Management from Millersville University. He currently resides in Windsor, Pennsylvania with his wife and is a proud father of two adult children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, RVing, traveling, watching sports, and being with family and friends.
